Shipping of Orders

Orders may be obtained through Order Pick-up or Order Shipping  after settling outstanding balance.




Order Pick-up Option

Orders may be claimed at different pick-up locations at the schedules and handling fee below:



Order Shipping Option

  • Orders are delivered through local shipping providers via door-to-door delivery for Metro Manila and nearby provinces, or claimed at LBC pick-up branches nationwide.
  • If you have a REQUEST SHIPPING PROVIDER for your order please email us at sales@chodabitrading.


The following shipping rates shown below are based on delivery location, total number of items, actual weight and volumetric weight.

Rates can change without prior notice and actual shipping fee may be different from estimated one.



Shipping fees indicated on your order invoice and on the CDT-BOR are only estimated so possibly upon ship-out, additional shipping fee will be collected upon ship-out due to the following reasons:

  • bulky items due to packaging or parcels attached with a poster tube for own packaging as actual weight vs. volumetric weight would be chargeable weight, whichever is higher. 
  • Address was not included on the covered areas of Laguna,Cavite and Rizal of the shipping provider.

For this, please check the CDT-BOR if you have a remaining balance and are hoping that you can settle it as soon as possible.


Important things to remember once orders is ready for Ship-out

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notice via email.
  • We will not be liable for any delay, non-delivery, damaged items or lost items once parcel is already sent to the courier or due to bad weather condition and other natural calamities.
  • Tracking numbers will also be posted on the day your items were shipped. All shipments will be provided with a shipping provider tracking number which can be found on your website account or on the CDT-BOR on the same day your items were shipped.
  • For orders that will be claimed at LBC pick-up branches, please make sure to track your parcel to avoid re-delivery because of failure to claim for more than a week.


Tracking information from our shipping providers are usually available 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped out excluding weekends and holidays.


In case of order reshipment, additional shipping charges will be shouldered by the buyers as it is their responsibility to provide a complete address and to track her parcel.
