Registration of Account

1. Do I need to register an account to order?

  • Yes, an account is needed to order from Cho Dabi Trading.

2. Will my personal information will be kept private?

  • All information provided by you will be used solely by us and will follow a strict confidentiality of the said information. Once you become a ‘Bogus Buyer’ or ‘Joy Reserver’, no disclosure of your full information will be made. Only the following details will be posted to alert other sellers: Full name, Facebook account, and email address.

 

Ordering of Items

1. What are your Terms and Conditions?

    • The Term and Conditions of Cho Dabi Trading can be access through the Terms and Conditionsfrom the website. Please read our Terms and Conditions before using or ordering in our website.

    2. Can I combine shipments of an order having order items under Korea Batch and also under Japan Batch?

    • No, they must not be combined to avoid any confusions.

    3. How do I know the availability of an item?

    • The availability of items are determined once we have placed the orders to our suppliers. Orders with items which are out of stock or sold-out will be notified via email. Order may be changed or payment may be refunded through buyers preferred refund transaction.

    4. Will my order have posters?

    • Order items with pre-order benefits such as posters will most likely be  given if ordered before the released date; however, they may also be out of stock without prior notice as limited quantity of these items are produced by their corresponding company.  
    • Item specifications and release date are subject to change, depending on the circumstances.

    5. What does ‘Unfolded’ or ‘Folded’ poster means?

    • Posters of order items may either be shipped folded or unfolded. ‘Folded’ poster will be shipped folded while ‘Unfolded’ poster will be shipped rolled in a poster tube. A poster tube  will be charged P50 each which can contain up to 5 poster.

    6. Until when can I change my order?

    • If you want to change your orders, please inform us by sending an email to sales@chodabitrading.com as orders may only be changed if the order is not yet ordered to supplier; otherwise, they cannot be changed anymore.

    7. If i order an item now when will it arrives and when will be the DOP?

    • You may join our ongoing batch.

    • Pre-orders are subject to delay or cancellation, depending on the circumstances.

    8. Are all items in your website available for preorder?

    • Some items can be soldout already for those LIMITED Edition Albums and Goods. You will be notified if ever your order is already soldout. Same goes with posters and Firstpress benefits

    9. Will you open preorder for this certain Album/Goods?

    • We always post all NEW Release Albums and Goods as soon as we can and once we have the price already from our supplier.
    • For other items or concert goods that are not in our website. You may email us for request. Kindly email sales@chodabitrading.com and if possible please include the Photo and details of the item and if it’s concert goods that will be sold on the concert day let us know in advance so we can prepare and get it on the day.

    10. Is there still an available Firstpress for this certain Album?

    • First Press are usually still available 1-2 weeks after the released date of the album but they are subject to availability from the manufacturer and can be sold out without prior notice.
    • Item specifications and release date are subject to change, depending on the circumstances.

    11. Is there still an available Preorder benefits for this certain Album?

    • Preorder benefits are sometimes still available even after the released date of the album but they are subject to availability from the manufacturer and can be sold out without prior notice.

    Shipping of Orders

    1. What are your shipping providers?

      • Local orders are delivered through our shipping providers, Fastrack,Eltm,Dpx,EasyGo,TheExpressGuy,Direct LBC branches, through door-to-door delivery or claimed at LBC pick-up branches. For provincial delivery locations, orders are delivered and claimed at different LBC pick-up branches nationwide

      2. What are your local delivery charges?

      • Shipping rates vary depending on delivery location, total number of items, actual weight and volumetric weight. For more details, kindly check Shipping of Order page.

      3. Do you ship to other countries?

      • As of May 16, 2019 we are not accepting overseas orders anymore due to some problems with local couriers/post office here in our country. 
      • But if buyers want to buy NON-CD items it is still possible but shipping will be via DHL only

      4. Is it really Free Shipping when we order here?

      • The "0 / Free" on the shipping stated on our website is for our system and pricing purposes only.
        Shipping fee will depends on your total number of items, it's total weight, with poster tube or not and your location hence we would need to manually check it in order to determine the shipping fee.

      5. Is my order has been shipped already? When will you ship my orders?

      • Kindly note the Batch on where your order/s is included. It was indicated on the revised invoice given upon confirmation.

        Updates on our Batches can be checked through the Cho Dabi Trading - Batch Order Reference (CDT-BOR) or our website 'Batch Schedules' page.

        Link for the CDT BOR was also included on the invoice we sent on email.


       

      Payment of Orders

      1. What are your modes of payment?

        • Orders may be paid through (1) Bank Cash Deposit via BPI, BDO or Eastwest Bank, (2) Online Payment and Transfer through BPI, BDO or Paypal or (3) Remittance Center Payments through LBC, Palawan Express or Cebuana Lhuillier.

        2. How many percent is allowed for downpayment?

        • Pre-ordered item must be paid in full or at least 70% of the total amount due within the given deadlines

        3. Why is the Cho Dabi Trading - Batch Orders Reference (CDT-BOR) sheet not yet updated even though I already paid?

        • Your payment will be reflected on the Batch Orders Reference (BOR) after one or two days upon accomplishing the CDT Payment Confirmation form.

        4. Why is my payment status on you website is still pending/unpaid even though i already paid my orders?

        • The status on the website account will be updated once orders has been shipped. In the mean time all updated records for your order can be checked through the Cho Dabi Trading - Batch Order Reference (CDT-BOR).

          Link for the CDT BOR was also included on the invoice we sent on email.

         

        Happy Reward Program

        1. How do I earn Happy Points?

          • Happy Points made be earned by making a purchase on our website or engaging with us on our social media accounts.

          2. How do I use my Happy Points?

          • Redeem your Happy Points for discount coupons. To use discount coupon, enter the discount code and select 'Apply’  on the shipping or payment method page upon checking out on your next CDT purchase.

           

          Tracking of Orders

          1. How do I track my orders?

            • Orders updates after confirmation may be viewed through the CDT-BOR or CDT-BOD for order processing status.
            • Shipped orders may be checked through the shipment tracking pages of our shipping providers using the tracking number/s provided. Please take note that tracking information are usually available 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped out excluding weekends and holidays.

              2. How long does it take for my order to reach me?

              • Pre-order items from South Korea arrive in PH on normal ETA which is about three to four weeks after shipment, unless otherwise stated.
              • Pre-order items from Japan arrive in PH on Fast ETA which is only about four to eight days after shipment.
              • Please take note that Fast ETA boxes are subjected to customs examination and taxes.

              3. What if there are missing or wrongly shipped items when I received my order?

              • Please notify us by sending an email sales@chodabitrading.com containing  your order number and tracking number.
              • Items can only be returned within two weeks after receiving the merchandise if wrong item was delivered
              • We can change a damaged/wrong item only if we have the stocks for it and if the item you have received are still sealed. You must return it the way we sent it securely.

               

              Cancellation of order

              1. What is your cancellation policy?

                • Buyers can only change or cancel their orders only if the order is still not processed or ordered to supplier; otherwise, they are not entitled to change anymore, BUT as much as possible we do not encouraged cancellation so better be 2000% sure before placing on our website or we might blocked if you cancelled just because you change your mind or you decided to order to others.
                • Orders unconfirmed will also be cancelled.
                • Cho Dabi Trading has the right to cancel an order in circumstances that limits them to provide the buyers with the merchandise.
                1. Items which are not be available from our supplier will be cancelled after  items’ availability are sent by suppliers. Orders with out of stock or sold-out items will be notified via email.
                2. Orders unpaid by buyers for its total amount due after the payment deadline or for its remaining balance unpaid after 45 days  after item PH arrival will be cancelled.
              1. All cancelled orders due to out of stock or sold-out items will  be refunded through buyers preferred refund transaction. Buyers may choose to be refunded through BPI or BDO bank transaction, LBC remittance, or CDT Savings for future CDT purchases.

                Returning of order items

                1. What is your return policy?

                  • Outer case and plastic cover are for protection of the item.
                    Minor rips, tears or dents in packaging will not be considered as a reason for refund/exchange request
                  • Items can only be returned within two weeks after receiving the merchandise if wrong item was delivered
                  • items with factory defect are non-refundable / non-exchangeable. Factory defects of items such as damaged parts or missing photocards, page, or song on purchased items are beyond our control.
                  • We will not be liable for any delay, non-delivery, damaged items or lost items once parcel is already sent to the courier or due to bad weather condition and other natural calamities.
                  • We can change a damaged/wrong item only if we have the stocks for it and if the item you have received are still sealed. You must return it the way we sent it securely.
